Precautions and Adjustments to Business Activity During COVID-19 pandemic
Symptomatic & Isolation Customers
If you are sick with a cold, flu or are symptomatic of a respiratory problem please inform us before any delivery, pickup or arrival at our office. If you are under self-isolation after returning from overseas please make us aware of this prior to our arrival.
With new social distancing requirements only 1 person may enter our office at any time due to space. Please do not come in pairs or groups. It is also preferable that you make an appointment.
Coronavirus survives on plastic surfaces for up to 3 days. So in light of this, all equipment brought in for repair will be sterilised before and after any repair or assessment. This is to protect you and ourselves. A fee of $5 applies on all repairs and assessment to cover the cost of this procedure.
Our opening times will remain unchanged until we are advised otherwise by the government. Please make an appointment prior to arrival, or to secure a remote support time slot.
Pick-Up & Return
All pick-ups and returns within 5km of our Northbridge office are free of charge.

Outside of this zone a fee of $40 applies (includes pickup and return).
All pickups and returns will be no-contact. Your equipment will be picked up and returns left in an agreed location on your property. All payments will be by credit card, paypal, direct bank deposit prior to delivery.
Remote Support requires booking an appointment in advance. Appointments are for 30 minutes at designated times with a minimum fee of $50.
